Term-Time Mobile Kitchen Manager

HCL Safeguarding is recruiting a Mobile Cook Manager to lead school kitchen teams across Crawley and the surrounding area. You will travel to primary and secondary schools, manage daily kitchen ops, prepare nutritious meals and uphold food safety and nutrition standards.

The role requires strong leadership, budget control, and the ability to maintain high hygiene and HACCP compliance in a fast-paced environment. Term-time schedule with uniform provided and travel between sites.
