Tenant Services Officer: Housing & Compliance

Avalonhousing is currently looking for a Tenancy Services Officer to join their team in Cheshire. This permanent role involves managing a patch of 400 to 500 properties and focuses on tenancy services, housing management, and minimal ASB. The ideal candidate will ensure health and safety compliance and support the delivery of customer service objectives.

The position offers a salary of £34,050 with a car allowance, requiring a full-time commitment of 35 hours per week. Interviews will commence ASAP.
