Tenant Services Advisor - Customer Care (Fixed Term)

Habinteg Housing Association is seeking a Customer Service Advisor based at our Bradford Head Office to handle tenant inquiries, diagnose repairs, and coordinate with contractors. The role focuses on delivering excellent service in a busy contact centre environment.

You will be patient, proactive, and able to work independently while supporting Habinteg's inclusive housing mission. The position is full-time, 35 hours per week, on-site at BD11 1DR.
