Are you passionate about delivering excellent customer service and providing vital administrative support in a fast-paced environment? Hightown Housing Association is seeking a dedicated Tenant Administration Assistant to join our friendly and dynamic Housing Team.
In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for internal and external customers, ensuring a professional, customer-focused experience. You'll also play a key part in supporting Housing Officers with a wide range of administrative tasks that help us deliver high quality housing services.
Key Responsibilities as a Tenant Services Administrator:- Provide administrative support to Housing Officers, including communications, mail merges, and newsletters.
- Respond to general housing enquiries such as pet permissions, anti social behaviour reports, parking, and tenancy changes.
- Process mutual exchange applications, liaising with other landlords and coordinating the process.
- Liaise with internal departments and external agencies to resolve housing management issues.
- Assist in preparing reports and statistics.
- Maintain accurate tenancy records and customer contact logs.
- Deliver general administrative tasks such as typing, filing, scanning and updating records.
- Collaborate with departments like Income Recovery, Lettings and Property Services to resolve enquiries at first contact.
- Support Housing Officers during visits and resident involvement events.
- Provide reception cover and handle calls for Housing Officers during absences.
- Strong administrative and IT skills, including Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Confident in delivering professional customer service and using initiative.
- Experience in housing administration (social or private sector) is desirable.
- Familiarity with managing systems and making day to day decisions in an office environment.

- Salary of £11,067 per annum (£27,663 pro rata).
