Tenant Liaison Officer (Wirral)

Position: Tenant Liaison Officer
Location: Prenton, Wirral
Start Date: Monday 8th September
Rate: £14.15 per hour
Type: Temporary (until November)

We are seeking a Tenant Liaison Officer to support a planned maintenance programme in Prenton, Wirral. This role involves working closely with tenants and the site team to ensure works are delivered smoothly, with clear communication and minimal disruption.

Key Responsibilities:

Liaise directly with tenants to communicate the scope and schedule of works

Arrange appointments and access for planned works

Resolve tenant queries and provide ongoing updates throughout the programme

Build and maintain strong relationships with residents, the site team, and external stakeholders

Deliver a high standard of customer service at all times

Requirements:

Strong customer service skills and the ability to build rapport quickly

Organised, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Previous experience within social housing or tenant liaison (desirable but not essential)

Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
