Tenancy Sustainment Officer - Empower Housing Stability (Travel)

Wiltshire is seeking a Tenancy Sustainment Officer to help clients maintain their housing and avoid homelessness. This role involves supporting clients with benefit applications, managing utilities, and connecting them with essential services amidst the current cost-of-living crisis.

Candidates should possess empathy, resilience, and relationship-building skills. Understanding the struggles faced by care-experienced young people is crucial. The position is based in any of our hubs in Trowbridge, Chippenham, or Salisbury.
