You'll respond to referrals, address tenancy concerns, signpost customers to the right agencies and provide a mobile housing management service by visiting homes to ensure they are safe, secure and suitable.

Working as part of the Intensive Housing Management Team, you'll manage your own caseload, carrying out assessments, signups and tenancy reviews, while responding to issues such as ASB and tenancy breaches. You'll work closely with external partners through multiagency meetings, keep accurate records and support plans up to date, report safeguarding and property concerns, and contribute to key service targets including arrears, voids and relet times.
