Tenancy Support & Retention Officer

The Salvation Army in Ipswich is seeking a Tenancy Sustainment Officer to support licensees and tenants, help them access services, and work with support colleagues to maximise tenancy outcomes.

The role requires a Level 3 qualification (or willingness to work toward it), knowledge of homeless client needs, strong time-management and decision-making under pressure, and a commitment to equality of opportunity.
