Tenancy Manager

We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Tenancy Manager to join our busy Property Management team based in Telford.

This is a full-time, office-based role where you'll take responsibility for managing residential tenancies, ensuring both landlords and tenants receive an exceptional level of service throughout the tenancy lifecycle.

As Tenancy Manager, you will oversee all aspects of residential tenancy management, including:

• Managing tenancies from move-in through to end of tenancy
• Acting as the main point of contact for landlords and tenants
• Handling maintenance issues and coordinating resolutions
• Ensuring compliance with current lettings legislation
• Managing tenancy agreements and notices
• Delivering a high standard of customer service at all times
• Maintaining good relationships with landlords and tenants

To succeed in this role, you will:

• Have previous experience in residential property or tenancy management
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and communication skills
• Possess a strong, up-to-date knowledge of the Renters' Rights Act
• Be highly organised with the ability to manage a busy workload
• Be proactive, professional, and solution-focused
• Work well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
