The role covers the management of distributors and direct retail partners, with full ownership of commercial performance and market executionThe ideal candidate is someone who can integrate rapidly, operate autonomously, and manage complex commercial environments from day one.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and develop relationships with distributors and retailers across some assigned European Countries.Take full ownership of commercial performance and market executionEnsure continuity and implementation of existing commercial strategiesAct as the main commercial point of contact for assigned stakeholdersOversee a 360 commercial scope, including:Sales performance and forecastingBudget ownership and financial follow-upMarketing and investmentsInvestment templates and ROI trackingCurrency impact and business performanceCoordinate closely with internal stakeholders (commercial, marketing, finance, e-commerce, analytics)Monitor market execution, including retail excellence and point-of-sale performanceProfileProven experience in the personal care sector, FMCG industry (strongly preferred)Mandatory experience managing distributors (candidates without distributor exposure will not be considered)Solid level background in Sales, Key Account Management or Area ManagementAbility to become operational immediatelyStrong understanding of distributor business models and indirect sales structuresComfortable working independently with minimal onboarding or supervisionStrong commercial judgment and stakeholder management skillsSoft Skills & MindsetHumble, pragmatic and collaborativeProactively seeks information and alignmentStrong communicator with high relational intelligenceAble to integrate quickly into existing teamsSolution-oriented, hands-on and autonomousEffective in short-term, high-impact missionsLanguages & MobilityFluent English is mandatoryWillingness to travel regularly within Europe 25%Job OfferTemporary/ interim assignment through Michael PageDuration: 2-3 months minimumApplications are handled exclusively through Michael Page WEBSITE jid33870b2aen jit0104aen jpiy26aen
