Join our friendly and ambitious Temporary Staffing Team and help shape the future of workforce delivery at Croydon Health Services.

As we transition from NHS Professionals to a fully managed in-house Staff Bank, we are looking for a motivated and customer-focused individual to support the recruitment, onboarding, deployment and engagement of temporary workers across the Trust.

What you'll do

• Coordinate temporary staffing requests and shift bookings.
• Support recruitment, onboarding and compliance checks for bank workers.
• Provide advice and support to managers and temporary workers.
• Maintain workforce information across staffing systems.
• Support the growth of the Trust's in-house Staff Bank.
• Contribute to service improvement and workforce transformation initiatives.

What we're looking for

• Administrative or customer service experience.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• A team player with a positive, flexible and customer-focused approach.
• Be part of a major workforce transformation programme.
• Develop skills in workforce planning, recruitment and temporary staffing.
