Service Administrator - Doncaster

Temporary position, Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week.

08:00 - 17:00

£13.94 Per hour

We're looking for Services Administrators in Doncaster to join a forward thinking team that serves clients in events, construction, energy, and more. Responsibilities

• Manage delivery, return and transfer exceptions to finalise fleet movements
• Process planned and unplanned movements using internal systems (Spartan/Phalanx & M3)
• Allocate equipment and update fuel/meter readings
• Handle customer allocation/reversal requests and depot adjustments
• Clear outstanding distribution orders
• Plan and prepare stock checks in line with financial deadlines
• Ensure system accuracy, housekeeping and work order completion
• Use reporting tools (e.g. Power BI) to plan workload and achieve team targets

• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
• Able to prioritise and work independently or as part of a team
• IT literate (MS Office essential; systems experience preferred)
• Professional, self motivated and proactive with a "can do" attitude
• Committed to high standards and continuous improvement
