Salary

• Excellent hourly rates paid- Plus Milage

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage potential buyers at the sales suite and show homes.
• Travelling to sites across the company either covering or supporting resident sale executives.
• Present and demonstrate new homes, highlighting key features and benefits.
• Liaise with solicitors, mortgage advisors, and internal teams to progress sales efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales progress using the company systems.
• Ensure the sales suite and show homes are always presented to a high standard.

Requirements

• Proven experience in property sales, ideally within the new homes or residential sector.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organised with attention to detail.
