Your new role
This role ensures the smooth and accurate running of payroll and timekeeping operations. From system upkeep to employee support and data reporting, it's all about keeping things organised, timely, and compliant behind the scenes.
On a day-to-day basis, you will be responsible for:
- Serve as a system expert for payroll, timekeeping, and attendance software, ensuring data integrity and ongoing accuracy.
- Support the payroll process, ensuring timely and accurate submissions, conducting quality checks, and resolving any discrepancies through stakeholder liaison.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external auditors by providing accurate payroll data when required.
- Conduct regular audits of workforce systems to maintain up-to-date employee records and accurate scheduling.
