The Role

As a Temporary Management Accountant, you will play a key part in the finance function, providing accurate reporting, insightful analysis, and support for business decision-making. You will work across budgets, forecasts, and performance reporting, helping the business to optimise financial performance and support strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare management accounts, monthly reporting packs, and variance analysis.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
• Analyse cost structures, profitability, and operational performance.
• Provide financial insight to inform business decisions.
• Assist with internal and external reporting as required.

Skills & Experience

• Fully qualified or part-qualified ACA, ACCA, or CIMA accountant.
• Strong experience in management accounting, ideally within a commercial or industrial environment.
• Proficient in Excel and accounting software; ERP or MRP experience is a plus.
• Excellent analytical, organisational, and communication skills.
