Temporary Lateral Recruitment Coordinator

We're seeking an organised and proactive Lateral Recruitment Coordinator to join a busy, high performing Recruitment team on an immediate temporary basis, with the strong possibility of the role becoming permanent. This is an excellent opportunity to work closely with both the Associate Talent Recruitment Manager and the Graduate Recruitment Manager, supporting recruitment activity across the EMA region.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate interviews with Partners and Managers across multiple jurisdictions
• Provide administrative support to both lateral and graduate recruitment processes
• Assist with a variety of graduate recruitment schemes running throughout the year
• Draft and prepare documents, correspondence, and recruitment materials
• Manage scheduling, candidate coordination, and tracking activities
• Liaise professionally with internal stakeholders at all levels
• Maintain accurate records using Excel and prepare documents in Word
• Deliver high-quality administrative support in a fast-paced environment

• Available immediately
• Strong communication skills and the ability to liaise confidently across regions and seniorities
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
• Comfortable working in an admin-heavy role
• Experienced using Microsoft Word and Excel
• Able to juggle multiple deadlines and work efficiently under pressure
• Team-oriented with a positive, proactive approach
