We work with a fashion business who are seeking a Temporary Customer Service Assistant to join its customer support team. This role will involve handling customer enquiries, ensuring a high standard of service, and supporting the overall customer journey across multiple channels. Suitable candidates must be immediately available and not on notice.
Responsibilities- Respond to customer enquiries via email, phone and live chat.
- Resolve order, delivery, and product related queries efficiently.
- Liaise with courier partners to investigate delivery or tracking issues.
- Maintain accurate records and handle customer information appropriately.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Previous customer service experience, ideally within retail, fashion, or e-commerce.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisation.
- Confident problem solver with a proactive mindset.
- Able to manage multiple enquiries in a fast paced environment.
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
