Location: Cambridge

Hourly rate: £15.00ph - £15.50ph depending on experience

Working hours: Monday - Friday 8am-4.30pm

• Conduct DBS checks to ensure a safe hiring process
• Perform compliance checks to meet regulatory standards
• Upload job descriptions and manage CV submissions with precision
• Organise interviews, ensuring a smooth candidate experience
• Collaborate with our clients' schools to create compelling job advertisements

• Previous experience in recruitment or HR
• Experience working within a school or education setting
• Available immediately to start and commit for a minimum of 2 months
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with a positive attitude
