Relief Chef, Leeds, Top rates up to £50,000 PA

Day times, straight shifts

Relief & Temporary Chef positions throughout Leeds, York, Yorkshire & Nationwide

Responsibilities

• Cover senior chefs' days off
• Demonstrate reliability with a balanced CV (no "jumpy" chefs)
• Work in events, hotels, restaurants, gastro pubs, care homes and schools
• Be able to enthuse & engage junior chefs
• Maintain a strong work ethic
• Have means of transport
• Experience working in varied kitchen environments
• DBS required for care home & school work

Qualifications

• Be working at minimum Sous Chef level
• Experience covering senior chefs' days off
• Engage junior chefs; no "shouty chefs" please
• Have a strong work ethic
• Have means of transport
• Experience working in varied kitchen environments
