Temp to Perm Senior Administrator - Full and Part Time Opportunities Available to start ASAP

Overview

Temporary opportunity for a Senior Administrator with two positions available in central Leicester. Roles can be full-time (Mon-Fri, 9:00am-5:00pm) or 16 hours per week across 3 days (Mon-Fri, flexible). After training, hybrid working options may be available.

Responsibilities

• Attend meetings and take accurate minutes
• Prepare agendas and make arrangements for meetings
• Update bespoke databases with confidential information
• Handle correspondence via telephone and email
• Assist with general admin management such as filing

Skills & Experience

• Knowledge of IT systems to include full MS Office suite
• Professional telephone manner
• Organised and methodical approach to varied workload
• Polite, friendly, and approachable manner
