Temp-to-Perm Production Operator Quality & Assembly

First Base Employment is seeking a Temporary Production Operative in Bridgwater. The role is full-time, Monday to Friday, from 8am to 4.30pm, with a 1pm finish on Fridays. The successful candidate will perform inspections, operate production machinery, and conduct quality checks.

Ideal candidates should have manufacturing experience, good manual dexterity, and a health and safety mindset. This position pays £12.71 per hour with a focus on working as part of a team and maintaining high standards of quality.
