Temp Onboarding Coordinator - End-to-End HR Admin

Top Flight Recruitment Ltd (trading as Uxbridge Employment Agency and Windsor Employment Agency) is seeking an Onboarding Administrator to support the Resourcing team in Windsor on a temporary basis.

Reporting to the Head of Resourcing, you will manage the full onboarding process for new starters, ensuring all documentation and pre-employment checks are completed on time. The role requires strong organisational skills and experience in recruitment administration or HR onboarding.
