Temp 20h/wk Customer Service Advisor (Zendesk)

Fashion & Retail Personnel is recruiting a part-time Customer Service Advisor for a high-street retailer in London. The role is temporary for four months, about 20 hours per week, starting ASAP. You will handle customer enquiries by phone and email, share feedback with senior management, and assist with ad-hoc admin tasks as needed.

The ideal candidate will have prior customer service experience and be proactive and enthusiastic. Zendesk experience would be advantageous.
