Telesales Executive - Fitness Equipment

Our client is a leading global operator within the fitness industry. They are currently looking to recruit a telesales executive to join their highly successful team.
Responsibilities- Increase turnover and profit of the client's business by growing the customer average order value, total value, and order frequency.
- Manage allocated territories to ensure they meet the agreed targets, KPIs and objectives while adhering to the sales process.
- Ensure that the company's customer service is second to none by being proactive in resolving issues and delivering outstanding customer service.
Our client requires a true salesperson with a "competitive sales hunger", ideally from a large corporate setting. Whilst working in the fitness industry is not a pre requisite, you must be passionate about fitness and the products our client sells. You will be expected to attend fitness conventions and shows (UK), be present on our client's stand at these events and in fitness attire - "living and breathing" the organisation's ethos essentially.
Qualifications- Strong passion for fitness and a strong ability to sell and handle rejection.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, a dynamic, engaging personality and a hunger to be the best.
- Minimum of 2 years of telesales experience and a proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding targets.
