Join our team of over 300 and become our: Telephone Operator FR-ALL-IT (40%) What makes this position particularly interesting and stimulating: You are the first point of contact for our clients You conduct telephone interviews with clients in French, German, and also Italian You analyze and process requests or forward them to the responsible team You collaborate with the various services and social insurance institutions internally You provide information to insured individuals by phone about all HOTELAs The working days are Monday and Friday What you bring to HOTELA: You hold a CFC (Federal Certificate of Competence) as a commercial employee or an equivalent You are fluent in French and/or German, with very good knowledge of the other language, mainly orally (minimum level C1; knowledge of Italian will be considered an asset) Knowledge of social insurance and previous experience in call management are a real advantage You are comfortable with tools, flexible and available, and possess a strong sense of interpersonal skills What we offer: A varied activity, opportunities for continuing education allowing you to evolve in your field, as well as working conditions (flexible hours, proximity to the CFF train station, and various social benefits).
