to join a busy
residential development site
in
Nottinghamshire. This is a great opportunity to work on a well-run, long-term project with consistent hours and competitive pay.
Location:Nottinghamshire - easily accessible with good transport links.
Rate:£21/hour

• PAYE or Umbrella only
• No CIS

Start Date:Immediate and upcoming starts available.
Role Responsibilities:

• Operating the telehandler to move materials across the site
• Assisting trades and site teams with lifting and distribution
• Unloading deliveries and managing site logistics
• Maintaining equipment and ensuring safe working practices

Requirements:

• Valid
  CPCS or NPORS Telehandler ticket
• Previous site experience
  - ideally on large housebuilding projects
• Full PPE and right to work in the UK
• Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious
