Telecare Support Officer - 6-Month Flexible Role

Folkestone & Hythe District Council seeks a Telecare Support Officer on a fixed-term basis to install and maintain Lifeline equipment for residents and professionals across the district. You will promote Lifeline365, support vulnerable customers and work as part of a collaborative team.

The role requires practical, well-organised individuals with excellent communication skills and a passion for helping others. Training is provided; travel across Kent is expected.
