Tekla DraughtspersonLeighton BuzzardFull-Time PermanentPertemps Milton Keynes branch are currently recruiting experienced Tekla Draughtsperson to join their team. The RoleAs a Tekla Draughtsperson, you will play a key role in the fabrication drawing office, producing accurate 3D models and detailed drawings for manufacture and installation. You will collaborate closely with project managers, site teams, and clients to ensure all designs meet project requirements and industry standards.Your responsibilities will include:

• Creating 3D models and detailed fabrication drawings using Tekla Structures
• Producing GA drawings, assemblies, single-part drawings, DXFs, and material lists
• Interpreting architects' and structural engineers' drawings and specifications
• Liaising with internal teams to clarify technical queries and design intent
• Ensuring all drawings comply with company standards, building regulations, and health & safety requirements
• Managing drawing schedules and supporting project delivery timelines
• Completing revisions, updates, and amendments following site surveys or client feedback

About YouWe're looking for someone with strong technical capability, accuracy, and a proactive approach.The ideal candidate will have:

• Proven experience using Tekla Structures within structural steel
• Strong understanding of steel fabrication and installation processes
• Ability to read and interpret structural and architectural drawings
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to prioritise workload
• Strong communication skills
• A collaborative mindset and the ability to work with design, site, and production teams
