Job Description

CreateFuture is seeking an experienced TechOps Lead to steer a 5+ engineer team on a client engagement. You will own work intake, triage, and service delivery, and set patterns for incident response, change management, and automation.

In this hands-on leadership role you'll align Azure and RHEL operations with modern platform goals, coach the team, and drive AI-powered service desk improvements while maintaining 24/7 readiness.
