We're looking for a Technology Resource Planning Analyst to play a key role in aligning technical resource capacity with project demand across our delivery portfolio. What You'll Do Lead forecasting and planning of technical resource demand across multiple IT projects and programmes. Analyse data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for optimisation. Manage and enhance resource planning and time recording tools. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure resource needs are captured and aligned with delivery priorities. Produce insightful reports and dashboards for senior stakeholders. Support recruitment and onboarding of technical resources. What You'll Bring Proven experience in IT resource planning, capacity management, or project coordination. Strong analytical skills and confidence working with complex data sets. Proficiency in resource planning tools (e.g. Planview, Tempus) and Excel modelling. Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
