Key Responsibilities:

• Portfolio Management: Take ownership of the portfolio of internally developed applications and systems, ensuring they are developed in line with the organisation's future goals.
• Leadership: Provide leadership over the technology and operations function, fostering cross-team alignment and collaboration.
• Operations Management: Ensure the smooth day-to-day functioning of our self-developed applications.
• Automation and Efficiency: Drive the automation of workflows across the business to enhance efficiency and scalability.
