Technology & Transformation Director

BlueSteps Connect is seeking a broad, influential leadership professional responsible for IT and transformation. You will define a practical IT and digital strategy and roadmap that supports wider transformation objectives, and lead a team to stabilise day to day IT services.

You will drive longer term improvements across systems, data, and ways of working, shape how technology enables frontline services, and support organisational change with strong governance and risk management.
