It coordinates activities related to space planning, maintenance, and security. Its goal is to ensure a functional, harmonious, and welcoming environment for the EHL community. Through its expertise, it actively contributes to quality of life and excellence at the institution.To join our great team, we are looking for a Technical Taskforce Technician who not only has the skills and a passion for hospitality but also adheres to our leadership principles: transparency, accountability, kindness, and collaboration. The mission of the Technical Taskforce Technician is to ensure troubleshooting and emergency technical interventions. He/she also participates in many technical setup activities to guarantee the continuity of our services.Responsibilities:- Ensure monitoring and management of unexpected technical interventions and urgent troubleshooting.- Provide technical support services to Space & Moves activities.- Provide technical support services to Events activities.- Provide technical support services to Kitchens activities.- Coordinate, collaborate, and ensure monitoring of external companies on site.- Guarantee monitoring and management of intervention requests via the CMMS software.- Define supply needs.- Participate in the monitoring of orders and stocks related to technical needs and infrastructures.- Participate in the implementation of continuous improvement actions.- Be proactive and support projects aimed at improving performance and service quality in the sector.- Contribute to any other tasks related to the proper functioning of the Space & Facilities department.Profile:You hold a vocational certificate in building/construction or have a higher education level.You have 5 years of professional experience, including 2 years in infrastructure management.You possess very good knowledge of building techniques.You have good knowledge of tools, including Microsoft Office.You have knowledge of specialized software such as CMMS, CAD, or AutoCAD.You are flexible and capable of efficiently managing periods of pressure as well as priority tasks.You are autonomous, responsible, and enjoy teamwork.You have a strong sense of customer service.You are able to handle unexpected situations and make decisions with a customer-oriented approach.You are fluent in French and have an English level of A2.What we offer:We offer you a permanent position within a sector of an educational institution, with exceptional benefits, including meals, a number of vacation days, a parking space or a transportation contribution, and access to various services.
