Job Description
Role Overview

In this role, you will be responsible for managing and developing our Pre Sales team, ensuring it becomes a central and trusted point of contact across the business. You will oversee day to day customer service activities, supporting the resolution of customer queries, service or billing enquiries, and ensuring accurate handling of customer information and product specifications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leading and managing the Pre Sales team to deliver outstanding customer support
  • Developing apprentices within the team and supporting their professional growth
  • Overseeing team skills development and coordinating training initiatives
  • Managing government schemes, including MCS umbrella and other relevant programmes
  • Supporting the introduction of new equipment into the product portfolio
  • Assisting in the design and sale of equipment for both small and large scale projects
  • Providing support across domestic and commercial heating product lines
  • Ensuring accurate handling of customer data, billing information, and product specifications
What We're Looking For
  • Experience in customer service and/or pre sales support
  • Previous team leadership or supervisory experience
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to work with structured processes while maintaining a customer centric approach
  • Interest or experience in heating, technical products, or related sectors (desirable)
Minimum Requirements
  • IT Skills
  • People skills
  • Time management skills
  • Communication and presentation skills
  • Understanding of government schemes an advantage (full training will be given)
  • Understanding of ASHP's an advantage (full training will be given)
Pay Range

The annual salary for this position is between £24,785.00-£49,420.00 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range include, but are not limited to, skills, education, experience, and other unique qualifications of the successful candidate.

Other Compensation

This position may be entitled to short term cash incentives, subject to plan requirements.
