Technician (Bedford)

We are currently in the process of expanding our workshop capacity to keep up with demand, and are looking to recruit an experienced Technician. Main dealer experience would be a distinct advantage.

Technicians at our Multi-Brand Bedford site undertake all maintenance, service and repair activities on motor vehicles. You will be carrying out work completely and effectively within manufacturers' and Company servicing and repair times. You will ensure that work is always to the highest standard as you seek to achieve consistently high customer satisfaction and repeat / incremental business.

About you

• Level 3 qualification with at least 2 years experience in a similar role within the motor industry, ideally with Main Dealer experience. Experience with our brands would be a distinct advantage.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
• An ability to be highly organised and able to prioritise workloads
• A positive attitude at all times and always lead by example

Duties will include

• Delivering a fantastic customer experience.
• Car repairs and servicing.
• MOT testing.
• Completing work in a timely and efficient manner.
• Working alongside a team.

Working Monday-Friday, with occasional Saturdays paid as overtime.

We offer a competitive salary of £36,000, in addition you will be eligible for our bonus scheme (OTE £40k). You will also get your birthday off once you've passed your probation period.
