Join a leading independent technology and services provider as a Migration & Refresh Support Specialist!

Job Overview:
Support a large-scale device refresh and migration project at a secure government site. You'll be responsible for assisting with device logistics, system updates, and stock management under the guidance of technical leads.

• Location: On-site - Ruislip, HA4 6NG
• Hourly Rate: £25.15 via umbrella/£19.38 via PAYE
• Contract Length: 7 weeks (02-Jan-2026 to 24-Feb-2026)
• Start Date: 02 - Jan-2026

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with migration set-up and refresh clinic operations.
• Move devices from onsite storage to the refresh clinic as instructed.
• Log in to systems using contractor-provided devices under supervision.
• Refresh laptops and update workflow management systems accurately.
• Conduct daily manual stock checks and report findings.
• Secure devices in storage at the end of each day.
• Collaborate with site managers and technical support specialists.

Key Requirements:

• Valid Government SC Clearance (or ability to obtain).
• Experience in IT hardware handling or technical support.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, structured environment.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Availability to work Full time on-site, Monday to Friday.
