Job Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and security-cleared Clinic Engineer to support the Migration Phase 2 project at Cawdor Barracks. The role involves setting up and operating a Refresh Clinic, managing device logistics, refreshing laptops, and maintaining accurate records in the contractor's workflow system. The engineer will work under the direction of the Site Manager and Contractor Engineer, ensuring smooth execution of daily tasks and secure handling of IT assets.

• Location: Cawdor Barracks: Brawdy - Haverfordwest
• Daily Rate: £19.38/hr - PAYE, £25.15/hr UMB
• Contract Length: 7th November 2025 till 21st November 2025 from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate the Refresh Clinic in accordance with project requirements.
• Move designated quantities of devices from onsite storage to the Refresh Clinic as instructed.
• Log in to systems using devices provided by the Contractor Engineer or Site Manager, following their guidance.
• Perform laptop refresh activities as part of the migration process.
• Accurately update the contractor's workflow management system at each relevant stage.
• Seek technical guidance from the Post Migration Technical Support Specialist and Site Manager when needed.
• Assist with daily manual stock checks and report findings to the Contractor Engineer and Site Manager.
• Support the secure storage and organisation of devices at the end of each working day.

Key Requirements:

• Active SC Clearance is required.
• Previous experience in IT deployment, refresh, or migration projects preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes.
• Comfortable handling and moving IT equipment.
• Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Reliable, punctual, and professional in conduct.
