Job Description
Technician 2 Candidate must be able to provide basic to intermediate level desktop installation, configuration, support and troubleshooting services. Candidate must be able to provide basic desktop support, offering simple fixes and fixing known errors. Candidate must be hardware skilled and accredited through Lenovo and HP vendors for break-fix support. Candidate will provide software installations and configuration on an existing desktop Infrastructure or pre-designed project and will be familiar with current Microsoft desktop Operating Systems. Candidate must be able to travel between a Sheffield and Lincoln site.
