Technical Training Program Lead

Vertiv Co is seeking a Training Specialist to create, plan, and provide training for new product programs across multiple environments, from classroom to online. You will develop lessons, assessments, and visual aids, and track associate progress to ensure knowledge transfer.

You will design end-to-end training strategies, manage the Technical Training Academy, collaborate with SMEs and senior leaders, and lead a team of instructors while maintaining up-to-date content and compliance with audits.
