Technical TrainerApplylocations: Santrytime type: Full timeposted on: Posted 5 Days Agotime left to apply: End Date: June 20, 2026 (25 days left to apply)job requisition id: R26-00479# Job Description Responsibilities • Conducts technical training courses for customers and/or employees in the use of complex situations for multiple products. • Interacts with customer and functional organizations to develop specifications for content of courses. • Prepares lesson plans from engineering documentation, field service requirements or software documentation. • Works with engineering, technical support and manufacturing to ensure that course material reflects current product features. • Instructs participants in both classroom lectures and laboratory sessions. • Follows up to determine applicability of course material. • Remains current with new products/technology on equipment. • Generates monthly status updates and other reports for supervisor/manager as requested. Typical Education and Experience Bachelor's Degree; or Associate's Degree with 4 years of related experience; or 8 years of experience in lieu of degree. High school diploma or equivalent required. Physical Demands and Work Conditions The physical demands described herein are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. This job operates in an office setting. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, and filing cabinets. This is a largely sedentary role; however, some filing is required, which would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets and bend or stand as necessary. This position requires the ability to occasionally lift office products and supplies, up to 35 pounds. This position also requires 4 to 6 hours per day at a computer screen/keyboard.Individual pay is determined based on multiple factors, including but not limited to location, experience, skills, job-related knowledge, relevant education, certifications, and/or training.
