Technical Trainer / Experienced Technician

As a Technical Trainer, you'll deliver engaging, high-quality training that equips technicians with the skills and confidence to work on the latest Global OEM technology.

You will:

• Deliver a blend ofhands-on workshop training,classroom sessions,virtual classrooms, andlive broadcasts.
• Develop and update learning content, includingnew-model launch training.
• Attend brand and factory events, includingproduct launchesandfactory accreditation programmes.
• Inspire technicians of all experience levels to be the best in the industry.

This role suits bothexperienced trainersandtechnicians ready to take the step into training.

You'll thrive in this role if you:

• Hold relevant technical qualifications (City & Guilds Levels 1-3, NVQ, or equivalent).
• Have strong technical knowledge - especially invehicle electricsanddiagnostics.
• Are EV Qualified.
• Are passionate about automotive technology and want to share that passion with others.
• Enjoy helping people grow and build their confidence.
• Are engaging, adaptable, and comfortable communicating with groups.
• Can manage your own time and work proactively.
• Want to keep developing your own skills and career.
• Can commute to Milton Keynes daily.

£41,800 - £48,660 per annum including car allowance + £10,000 personal development investment.
