Job Description
Devonshire Hayes has partnered with a great company and they're looking for a talented Apple Mac/PC Support Analyst for an initial 4 month contract.
You will be tasked with the following,
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to engage with users confidently.
- Solid understanding of IT fundamentals (Windows, macOS, mobile devices, networking basics).
- Familiarity with ITSM tools, preferably ServiceNow.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Positive, proactive, and adaptable to changing priorities.
