For our Application Engineering and Technical Assistance area, we select Technical Support.

The purpose of this position is to provide technical assistance, product training, and strategic consulting for new product development and solving customer problems.

Main activities include:

-Providing technical support according to different areas of expertise through a ticketing system and maintaining constant communication with the sales department to find solutions.

- Devises and provides strategic advice for developing new products or detailing existing products in constant collaboration with the R&D technical department.

- Performs training activities by presenting products to customers and explaining their technical characteristics, operation, and applications.

- Collaborates in organizing company and trade show events and provides technical support to the sales department.

The ideal candidate possesses:

- Technical education (diploma or degree in electronics or mechatronics)

Fluent English proficiency and knowledge of a second foreign language are preferred.

Previous experience providing technical assistance for electromechanical products and knowledge of electrical circuits, hydraulics, and conductive materials is required.
