We are currently seeking a Technical Supervisor to join our team in Birmingham. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled and motivated individual to take ownership of technical service delivery at a dynamic site, ensuring excellence in maintenance operations and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:

Act as the primary point of contact for all technical services on site.

Lead and manage a team of technicians, driving self-performance and service excellence.

Oversee planned, corrective, and reactive maintenance activities.

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Manage subcontractors and ensure high standards of work.

Champion continuous improvement and maintenance excellence.

Support budget management and provide quotations for small project works.

Identify opportunities for expanding scope and services.

Provide hands-on support during emergencies or staff absences.

What We're Looking For:

Strong engineering background with practical maintenance experience.

Excellent planning, organisational, and analytical skills.

Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints.

Effective communication skills - both written and verbal.

Familiarity with EHS requirements and maintenance processes.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and lead by example.

Competency in estimating labour, materials, and resources for technical tasks.

Comfortable with computer systems and work order management tools.
