Technical Strategy & Innovation Lead

Chroma Recruitment is seeking a Technical Manager to join a specialist technology and engineering group as a core member of the Executive Leadership Team. You will lead the group's technology and innovation strategy, working closely with the CEO and senior leaders across the group.

You will provide oversight across R&D, establish standardised processes and design principles, and drive product compliance, engineering tool harmonisation and long term technology direction across the Group.
