Technical Service Manager (Cloud)

Trust in Soda is proud to be partnering with a global pharmaceutical leader in Prague to support their digital transformation. We're looking for an experienced Technical Service Manager with a strong background in Azure, AWS, ITIL, and Change Management to join on an 18-month contract.

Location: Prague (hybrid model)
Contract Length: 18 months

What you'll be doing:

• Own the end-to-end delivery and performance of cloud services (Azure & AWS), ensuring compliance, SLAs, and governance.
• Oversee multi-cloud operations, including monitoring, incident resolution, capacity, and disaster recovery planning.
• Lead ITIL processes (Change, Incident, Problem, Request), including CAB meetings and risk assessment.
• Act as the bridge between technical and business stakeholders, managing escalations and producing service performance reports.
• Drive cost optimisation (FinOps), automation, and continuous improvements across cloud services.

What we're looking for:

• Strong track record managing services in Azure and AWS environments.
• Deep knowledge of ITIL frameworks and proven Change Management experience.
• Excellent stakeholder management and reporting skills.
• Background in cloud governance, compliance, and cost control.
• Pharmaceutical or regulated industry experience is a plus.
