Job Description
Provide specific technical or scientific expertise to customers and/or Account Managers, in order to achieve sales performance targets agreed upon within the industry, segment, or product portfolio assigned. Contribute to the development of (sub-) industries or the product portfolio with a focus on acquiring new clients. Responsibilities:
  • Liaise with suppliers in the supply chain to understand the Unique Selling Proposition (USP) and application specifics of the portfolio, including any required training.
  • Build technical business cases for products and solutions offered to the market.
  • Coordinate the provision of technical expertise for sales projects.
  • Discuss and clarify specific technical solutions with customers, ensuring they have a better understanding of the products.
  • Liaise with involved laboratories, Product Management, and Sales to develop the best solution for the customer.
  • Ensure proper data administration and documentation of all business cases in the local CRM system.
  • Attend regional, international, or internal technical meetings as required.
Experience:
  • Experience working remotely, with self-motivation and good organizational skills.
  • Experience in a similar position is preferred.
  • Science degree or working knowledge of the Water Treatment industry.
