Technical Sales Manager - IMMO Solutions Europe Responsibility (m/w/d)

What You'll Do

• Own and drive sales of Autel's IMMO (immobilizer) product line across a defined European region.
• Build and maintain a strong B2B dealer network for IMMO solutions.
• Develop and manage key customer relationships with a focus on growth and long-term value.
• Deliver product demos, customer training, and technical support to drive product adoption and satisfaction.
• Identify new opportunities, gather market intelligence, and provide customer feedback to improve our product offering.
• Support and contribute to go-to-market plans, technical promotions, and participation in key trade shows and industry events.
• Work closely with internal teams (tech, product, and marketing) to align market needs and sales execution.

You Are

• An experienced technical sales or BD manager with 3+ years in the automotive aftermarket, particularly in IMMO systems.
• Skilled in managing dealer networks and developing regional sales strategies.
• Technically proficient in immobilizer technologies and applications across multiple vehicle brands.
• Fluent in English (additional European languages are a plus).
• A confident communicator, problem-solver, and proactive team player.
• Comfortable traveling across Europe to engage partners and clients on-site.

Strongly Preferred

• Knowledge of European automotive electronics distribution networks.
• Experience with workshop-level technologies and diagnostic ecosystems.
• Previous role in a high-growth, tech-oriented automotive environment.
