The Opportunity - We're on the hunt for a Technical Sales Engineer to turbocharge the growth of Energy Storage Systems (ESS) across Europe. You'll be at the crossroads of innovation, combining sales expertise with deep technical knowledge to support high-impact solutions at the intersection of ESS, EV charging, and grid transformation. What You'll Be Doing
- Be the go-to technical expert for sales and marketing teams, adding real value where it counts.
- Craft compelling technical proposals and advise on the best-fit solutions for each client.
- Translate complex customer requirements into actionable specs for internal teams.
- Guide clients from initial conversations through to delivery, commissioning, and support.
- Stay ahead of grid codes, energy regulations, and evolving technical standards.
- Provide expert on-site troubleshooting and hands-on support when challenges arise.
- Deliver training sessions to partners, installers, and end-users across Europe.
- Work closely with product and development teams to ensure market relevance and innovation.
What We're Looking For
- A degree in Electrical Engineering or a similar technical field.
- 3-5 years of experience in ESS, Power Conditioning, or related technologies.
- Strong understanding of system integration.
- Proven ability to bridge the gap between customer needs and technical development.
- Hands-on experience with high-voltage systems.
- Fluent in English & Dutch.
- Analytical, solutions-driven mindset with sharp troubleshooting skills.
- Independent self-starter who thrives in an international, collaborative environment.
- Full driving license required.
