Handling customer phone calls and emails with a positive and proactive approach, building strong relationships and ensuring exceptional customer service. Carrying out general warehouse duties, including picking and packing customer orders and unpacking stock to be booked in on our system and put away in the warehouse General administrationThis is a full-time, permanent, role working 40 hours per week Monday-Friday, 08:00-17:00 with 1 hrs break. No weekend work required. And here's what we'd like you to have: Industry or merchant experience is advantageous Proven experience in sales or customer service role Excellent communication skills and confidence in customer interactions. Dependable team player, prepared to support in all areas of the branch with a strong work ethic.
